What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first step is getting here! Rest assured that we have plenty of space to accommodate you and a loved one, should you bring one with you. Our friendly receptionist will check you in so you’re ready for your appointment.
During your appointment, you'll meet with one of our experienced audiologists. We begin with a conversation about your hearing history and any concerns you might have. After a physical examination of your ears, a series of listening tests will assess different sound frequencies and volumes.
This process helps us understand your unique hearing profile, allowing us to tailor our solutions to your needs.
Here’s what happens during your visit:
Warm welcome and check-in with our front desk staff
Private consultation to discuss your hearing history and any symptoms
State-of-the-art hearing tests in a comfortable exam room
Same-day results and personalized treatment recommendations
Plenty of time for questions — because your clarity matters
