Stacey Piccone-Longoria, AU.D.
Dr. Longoria’s passion for helping others began at a young age as she grew up watching her grandfather struggle with communication. The desire to help others grew when her father was diagnosed with Meniere’s disease when she again experienced firsthand the impact of hearing loss. Dr. Longoria continually strives to provide quality, individualized hearing healthcare. Both Dr. Longoria’s undergraduate and graduate degrees were obtained from the University of Northern Colorado. Previous to her current position at Hearing Consultants, Dr. Longoria practiced in a private Ear, Nose and Throat clinic in Olympia, Washington. Dr. Longoria lives in Fountain with her husband and their dog Bailee. As a Colorado native, when Dr. Longoria and her husband are not working, they enjoy spending their time camping or hiking.

Cassie Iliff, AU.D
Dr. Cassie Iliff is a Colorado native, growing up on a cattle ranch near rural Yuma, CO. Growing up in a small town helped her see the importance of quality healthcare and gave her a specific passion for helping people hear as so many in her community developed noise induced hearing loss. Dr. Iliff received both her Doctor of Audiology degree as well as her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Disorders from University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. As an audiologist, Dr. Iliff has had a variety of experiences within her profession. She started her career by winning the James Jerger Award for Excellence in Student Research. She has worked as a sales representative and trainer for a hearing aid manufacturer as well as a developer of hearing testing equipment. Dr. Iliff lives in Castle Rock, Colorado, with her husband Mike, and her stepdaughters Faith and Emily. When she isn’t working she enjoys exploring Colorado, gardening, creating new recipes for her family, and skiing.

Michael R. Iliff, AU.D.
Dr. Michael Iliff knows firsthand what it’s like to live with a hearing impairment. Just like many of his patients, he also uses hearing technology to improve his quality of life. It is his goal to use his personal experience and education to give the gift of hearing once again. Dr. Iliff received his Doctor of Audiology degree from the Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa. Prior to receiving his doctorate, he attended the University of Redlands, in Redlands, California, for his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communicative Disorders and received his Master’s in Communicative Disorders from San Diego State University. Over the years, Dr. Iliff has helped hearing aid manufacturers better their technology by serving as a technology consultant. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Audiology, he holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology by the American Speech–Language–Hearing Association, and is licensed by the State of Colorado as a dispensing audiologist. Dr. Iliff is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, Academy of Doctors of Audiology, and Colorado Academy of Audiology, where he served as the board’s past president and past vice president of education. Dr. Iliff lives in Castle Rock, Colorado, with his wife Cassie, his daughters Faith and Emily, and their dog Rocky.

Bruce D. Schachterle, Au.D.
Dr. Bruce D. Schachterle has been an accomplished audiologist in the metro area for over 35 years and his experience is unparrallelled. His years of service to the community as well as his drive to continue education will provide you with the expertise needed to improve your quality of life. He earned his Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Florida and received his Bachelor’s in Sociology and Master’s in Audiology from Colorado State University. In 1989 he opened Hearing Associates. She is licensed by the State of Colorado as a dispensing audiologist. Dr. Schachterle is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, Colorado Academy of Audiology, and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. He and his wife, Kerry, live in Denver with their dog, Dolly. When not working, he enjoys golfing, running, and playing tennis.

Kelly Scanlin
Office Manager
Kelly has extensive knowledge and background in the hearing care field. When she is not assisting our patients she can be found enjoying a concert or two (always with hearing protection of course!).
Grace Pierson
Patient Care Coordinator
Grace was born and raised in Kansas, where she received her Bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University. Grace moved to Colorado Springs with her Fiancé Taylor, and their two dogs Sophie and Jack. When Grace isn’t working she enjoys spending her time teaching dance and participating outdoor activities with her family and friends.
Jessica Caldwell
Patient Care Coordinator
Jessica comes to us from Hawaii, where she lived for 9 years and started her family. Jessica and her family came to Colorado for a fuller life and all four seasons. She has experience with medical insurance and is assisting us with making the office run smoothly. When she isn’t working with us, Jessica loves to go on adventures with her husband and two young daughters.
